Product Marketing Manager Lead

Our client is a well funded VC-backed neobank focused on green initiatives that align with the values of their environmentally conscious customers. They offer financial products to let people save, spend, and invest their money in ways that make them more financially secure and align with their personal values. They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the CMO and be responsibile for driving the profitability of the client's customer base. As the Product Marketing Manager,
You will:

  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets and project roadmaps
  • Refine our product position and messaging
  • Lead cross-functional sprints to achieve goals
  • Develop an expert understand of the client's customers, products, and features
  • Create frameworks and processes to socialize marketing initiatives
  • Own weekly reporting of results with the Data team

You bring:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with experience in fintech or other financial services a plus
  • Experience in identifying and driving profitable growth amongst key customer cohorts
  • Strong track record of driving quantifiable results
  • Data-driven, lives and breathes data
  • Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, R, SQL
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high growth environment
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
